This was after 4 face to face conversations between her and I along with multiple phone conversations. Because of this he was not recommended for Hispanic scholarships during his junior year. As a result when filling out college applications he could not list among his academic recognitions national Hispanic scholar. I did locate a scholarship for Hispanic recognitions his senior year unfortunately applications were already submitted. I don&#039;t feel counselors should have the impact of college decisions because they don&#039;t know The students.</description>
